The problem
Terminals have poor signal, so passengers queued at kiosks to print tickets they had already bought.
What we built
Native apps with seat maps, live sailing status and boarding passes stored in the wallet so they scan without a connection. The booking API was rebuilt to handle holiday-weekend peaks.
The result
1.2 million bookings a year through the app, and kiosk queues at the two busiest terminals are gone.
